In the news, Adobe announces that Lightroom will still have partial capability even if you choose to discontinue the Creative Cloud service.  MIT and Cornell University students develop a lighting drone that will follow a subject around a studio.  Also, MIT has released course materials into the public domain and they can be obtained right here: CLICK HERE FOR FREE MIT COURSES.

In addition to the Slovenia Workshop, The Black Hills Shootout registration is now live.  This workshop takes place in Rapid City, SD on September 26, 27 and 28.  The keynote speaker is Davd Black and we recommend you sign up now.  Also, there are still openings for the Maine Moose and Black Bear workshop in early October (also among the fall colors), and, of course, Slovenia beginning October 16. www.outdoorphotoworkshops.com - don't wait!
