Welcome to the Fotobug Podcast #24!  This past week (April 15th), Fred traveled to Myakka State Park and Oscar Scherer to photograph scrub jays, and Jim traveled to southern Florida with Jason Hahn into the Everglades as well as Ding Darling and Cape Coral (  Jim and Fred share stories of their adventures as well as photos and videos of the trips.  Also appearing in this podcast is Rob Moorman, president of TAPPA (Tampa Area Professional Photographer's Assn.) and Rob discusses tax ramifications for non-professional photographers who may be earning additional income from their photography.  An appropriate topic for tax season!  He also discusses setting up a corporation for photographers.

Also discussed on today's show - an original Nikon camera goes up for auction. Have $160,000 - $250,000 laying around?  You could own a piece of Nikon history!

Jim and Fred discuss the BP oil spill and how it may affect travel and nature photography along the Gulf coast.  They also discuss and the recent Fotobug get-together in Cape Coral to photograph burrowing owls.
